デルタ航空はやっぱり期待に応えてくれます。ご意見を申し上げて7,500マイルいただきました

出張で、米国ー南米路線のレッドアイ(深夜便)にのって、JFKに戻って参りました。
深夜便ということもあり、ビジネスクラスに変更したんですが(と言っても、片道6時間弱ですので、大したことないんですが)、ディナーがでると。

夜11時前の出発だったんで、出発してほどなく夕食タイムになるかと思ったら、、、出発に少々手間がかかって、結局、深夜1時頃にサーブされることになりました

こんなに遅くに夕食といっても、朝5時過ぎには到着するのに、どうしようもない。。。。
ということで、前菜とアイスクリームでやめておきました。

これはちょっとご意見申し上げなければ、、、、

因に、昨夜の私のステータスは、
◎昨年度の搭乗マイル(75,000MQM以上)で、プラチナステータスです。
◎Amex Delta Reserve カード保有者です(年会費450ドルで、ここ2ヶ月のうちに解約予定)
◎わざわざビジネスクラス料金として700ドル追加して支払っております。

その結果、翌日に回答がありました。

as the dinner was served after midnight by our flight attendant. I can
imagine how disappointed you were particularly while traveling without
proper meals on such a long flight in Business Class. Delta makes every
effort to provide the highest possible standard of service in all areas
of our operation. When our customers voice their opinion about our
service, it serves as an excellent reminder to remain committed, and to
live up to their expectations in every aspect. You may be assured that
your comments to consider the timing of dinner service have been
forwarded to the appropriate leadership team for an internal review of
this matter. If they require additional information, we will be in touch
with you.

In recognition of your Platinum Elite status, as a gesture of apology
for the discomfort caused onboard, I have added 7,500 bonus miles to
your SkyMiles account. Please allow three business days for the miles
to appear.

満足のいく、直球返答でした。
